簡介與辨識
北臺斑紋鍬形蟲為 2025 年描述的臺灣北部物種，現知限於雪山山脈。 與臺灣斑紋鍬形蟲相比，鞘翅鱗狀剛毛排列較規則且明顯，唇基端略尖；雄蟲陽莖端部後的收縮較明顯。
分布與棲地
現知分布於臺灣北部的新北、桃園、新竹與宜蘭。 海拔 1,300–1,700 公尺的高濕潤 Machilus-Castanopsis 森林；主要見於殼斗科 Pasania 與薔薇科 Prunus 等植物的腐朽幹與樹樁。
